Sponsorship:

Moore Catchment Council invites you to sponsor our group - Sponsorship package

Our Group provides a valuable community resource and offers practical advice on a wide ranging variety of issues affecting Natural Resource Management in the area. When decisions affecting the local environment are made, it is the MCC’s business to understand all the issues involved. The Group has unrivalled experience in working with the local community and stakeholders to undertake on-ground projects which provide both remedial and protective outcomes for our pristine natural environment.

MCC is a not-for-profit incorporated association, founded in 1995 and works to maintain and enhance the biodiversity of the local area whilst providing a valuable educational resource for the community.

The Group is recognised by the Australian Govenment, the State Government, Local Governments, Regional Catchment Council, and the Landcare community as a leader in the Natural Resource Management Field and is well placed to give you access to all the important networks relevant to your marketing needs.

Our regular activities include:

  • School and Community Planting Days
  • Seminars and Workshops for the community covering many aspects of Landcare including pasture management, Effective water management, protection of endangered species and control of non-native species.
  • Publications—MCC produces a newsletter, Moore to the Point which highlights NRM issues in the area and publicises all our on going project whilst acknowledging the commitment made by sponsors to the success of these works. The circulation is undertaken both electronically & by mail to the NRM community.
  • Awards—MCC has been recognised by the wider Landcare community as a leader in the field and was recently a finalist of the prestigious CSBP Environment Award category of the 2014 West Australian Regional Achievement and Community Awards held in Perth.

At MCC, we are committed to creating and maintaining win–win partnerships with a wide variety of business operating within our community. We have a number of sponsorship opportunities ranging from but not limited to planting days, native flora and fauna surveys to specific landcare remedial projects which offer naming rights and long term publicity and media benefits.
